A law-breaking e-scooter rider has been ordered to pay hundreds after he was found guilty of two offences.
Bradley Duff, aged 20, of Oakland Way in Flackwell Heath, had to pay a total bill of £434 after he was taken to court.
On January 24, Duff was caught driving with no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence while riding through The Orchard, Flackwell Heath, on an electric scooter.
In the UK, privately-owned e-scooters must be insured.
At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on June 28, Duff was found guilty of the two charges via a single justice procedure.
The 20-year-old was fined £320 and ordered to pay costs of £114. He also received six points on his driving licence.
