A man has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds after he was caught ignoring a road sign.

At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court, Sajid Hussain, 21, of Churchill Road in Slough, was fined £107 and told to pay £144 costs after he failed to stop at a stop sign.

At the hearing on June 23, the magistrates were told that on January 3, on the A4 Bath Road junction with Twinches Lane, Slough, Hussain failed to comply with the stop sign.

After pleading guilty to the offence, Hussain was ordered to pay a fine and costs.

His driving licence was also endorsed with three points.
