Buckinghamshire Council processes hundreds of planning applications each week – so here are three interesting recent cases you might have missed.
Marlow 5G Telecoms poles
Plans have been submitted to erect a 5G pole in Denton Court along Bobmore Lane in Marlow.
The 17m pole could be put up in the town along with additional equipment cabinets to help residents have faster broadband speeds in the town.
The application was sent to the council at the end of June and a decision has yet to be made.

Trimming an overgrown tree
A plan has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council to reduce parts of a Sycamore tree in Penn.
It is hoped that if the plans are given the green light, the tree could be reduced by two to three meters, leaving it to be around 13m tall.
It has still not yet been decided on whether the School Road tree will be trimmed.
The aim of cutting parts of the tree is to make it safe for pedestrians walking by during its regrowth process.

Link road to arrive in the near future?
Submitted to Buckinghamshire Council on July 12, plans have been sent in to have a 750m two lane, single carriageway link road between Picts Lane and Goodearl Place in Princes Risborough.
This is due to the construction of a new underpass on the Princes Risborough to Aylesbury railway line, with a new signalised junction being put up at Station Approach/Summerleys Road/Station Road in the town.
This comes after the town’s local football team, Risborough Rangers, were given the green light to have a stand erected in the B.E.P Stadium.
Their ground, which is in Horsenden, is walking distance from the town's train station.
