July 22:

  • Mihai Stingaciu, 26, of Cranbourne Road, Slough. Failing to surrender to custody at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on February 14. Fined £120. Possession of an offensive weapon. On March 1, 2020, in Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Royal, had an extendable baton in their possession. Community order made. Must carry out 160 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Extendable baton to be forfeited. Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. On March 17, 2020, in Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, had an extendable baton in their possession. Community order made. Possession of a weapon for the discharge of noxious liquid or gas. On March 17, 2020, in Farnham Common, had a weapon designed for the discharge of CS gas. Fined £120. Costs £180.  Weapon to be forfeited.
  • Daniel Wickes, 56, of Tilling Crescent, High Wycombe. Common assault of an emergency worker in High Wycombe on September 9, 2021. Conditionally discharged for 12 months.

  • Gerard Eccles, 58, of Oakengrove Road, Hazlemere. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence between March 26, 2021 and April 24, 2021. Fined £660. Costs £216. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Gauresh Patel, 35, of Nicol Road, Chalfont St Peter. Driving over the drink drive on the A40, Denham, on July 9. Fined £3,077. Costs £1,316. Disqualified from driving for 25 months.
  • Susan Cowen, 35, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe. Racially aggravated harassment by words or writing in Little Chalfont on December 12, 2020. Compensation £250.

  • Mohammed Rahman, 23, of Lansdowne Road, Chesham. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On July 12, in Aylesbury Station, Station Way West, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £80. Costs £117. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court for an offence of possession of a bladed article. Unpaid work requirement extended by 10 hours.
  • Zain Asif, 25, of Sheraton Drive, High Wycombe. Driving without third party insurance in Priory Road, High Wycombe, on November 4, 2021. Fined £422. Costs £152. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Priory Road, High Wycombe, on November 4, 2021. No separate penalty.
