Police are on the scene of an "incident" after a suspicious substance was delivered to a property in Buckinghamshire.
Police, fire, and ambulance services have been sent to an address in Myrtle Bank, Stacey Bushes this afternoon (Saturday).
The emergency services are working to establish what the substance is.
Nearby residents have been warned to shut doors and windows until the substance has been identified.
The road has also been closed while investigations continue.
Thames Valley Police has advised that there is not a risk to the wider public.
In a post on social media, TVP Milton Keynes said: "Officers are currently in Myrtle Bank, Stacey Bushes following a report of a suspicious substance being delivered to a property.
"The fire and rescue service and ambulance service are also on scene, whilst work is ongoing to ascertain what the substance is.
"There isn’t believed to be a wider risk to the public, however the road is closed at both ends as a precautionary measure.
"Local residents are advised to keep their windows and doors closed until the substance has been identified. We will issue an update when we can."
