A BMW was seized by police in High Wycombe yesterday (Saturday) following a learner driver crash.
Officers on patrol in the town were called to a road traffic collision where a learner driver rolled into another car at a junction.
When the officers arrived, they discovered that the learner driver was being "supervised" by another learner driver.
While the officers were dealing with the incident, they noticed an "untidy" BMW driving past the scene.

When the police noticed that both the driver and child passenger were not wearing seat belts, they flagged the car down.
Upon closer inspection, the officers discovered that this car was not insured.
In what turned out to be a busy afternoon, the police seized both the BMW and the learner's car.
The drivers of both vehicles have also been reported to the courts.
