The website allows residents to report a variety of issues, including dog fouling, potholes, broken street-lights and littering.
Fly-tipping is a serious criminal offence which carries a fine of up to £50,000 (unlimited if the case goes to the Crown Court) or an offender can even be sent to prison.
The parish council said: "We hope it is resolved soon. If you recognise the items or if you are local to this location and have doorbell footage of the items being dumped please do contact us."
