The Marlow Medical Group has introduced a new telephone system after patients raised concerns over the old approach.

The new system will notify you of which number you are in the queue.

It will also give you the option to have the branch call you back when you are at the front of the line.

The receptionist will be able to quickly access your patient record through the number you call on whilst you are on the call.

The system will also highlight patients that have been waiting for the longest so calls can be answered more efficiently.

The new telephone system offers the same functions regardless of which branch you call; Marlow, Lane End and Hambleden.
