A woman has suffered serious injuries in a crash between Beaconsfield and Missenden.
Police have appealed for witnesses following the collision, which took place on the A413 in the early hours of Monday morning.
At around 12.40am, a red Mazda 2 that was travelling along the A413 left the road near the Deep Mill Lane junction.
A woman in her twenties was driving the Mazda. She suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital receiving treatment.

Police investigating the matter have asked for any witnesses to the crash to come forward.
Investigating officer, PC Richard Lunn of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to please come forward.
“I’d also ask anyone with dash-cams and who was travelling along the A413 between Missenden and Beaconsfield to check any footage in case it may have captured something that may help the investigation.
