THREE men have been arrested after a man was slashed in the face following a fight.

The attack happened between 3 and 4am on Sunday, August 28 at the junction of Buckingham Street in the town centre.

Police were called to reports of a man being assaulted on Kingsbury Square in Aylesbury.

Officers said there was a disagreement between the occupants of a Volkswagen Golf and some individuals at the side of the road.

This escalated and one of the occupants of the Golf was assaulted.

The man in his 20s received a slash wound to their head, but he did not require hospital treatment. No one else was injured.

 

Three men, aged 24, 25, and 34 from Aylesbury were arrested on suspicion of GBH.

They have all been bailed until 25 September 2022.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Laura Wright, based at Aylesbury police station, said: “We are carrying out an investigation in connection with this incident and we have made three arrests.
