A High Wycombe store is set to move to the High Street from the Chilterns Shopping Centre according to recent plans.

Plans show that Tabletop Republic is looking to put signs on 37-38 High Street in High Wycombe.

This comes as the store's current location in the Chilterns Shopping Centre is set to be overhauled and turned into flats.

A planning statement: "This application is for consent to erect 3 signs on 37 High Street, a shop premises in the centre of the old-town shopping area of High Wycombe.

"The shop is undergoing refurbishment as part of the 'Future High Streets' programme of works promoted by Buckinghamshire Council."

A planning application has been submitted to change the historic industrial use of the site to a 38-studio student hall of residence.

The site is on the edge of Uxbridge town centre within walking distance of shops and the Uxbridge train station.

A planning statement reads: "The Government supports the efficient prioritisation of brownfield previously developed sites for residential use.

"The site is on the edge of Uxbridge town centre, in a highly sustainable location within walking distance of shops, and Uxbridge train station with a fast link to London.

"This type of urban infill windfall site reduces the pressure for further Greenbelt release."

Six four-bedroom terraced dwellings with access, car parking and landscaping at Land to rear of 68 and 70 Dropmore Road, Burnham (PL/22/2257/FA)

Plans to build six four-bedroom dwellings have been submitted to Bucks Council.

An earlier application was submitted but was withdrawn to be altered.

A planning statement reads: "The scheme comprises of a terrace of six four bedroom dwellings over two floors with additional accommodation in the roof space.

"Each dwelling benefits from a study to facilitate the contemporary trend of home working, open plan living spaces, large rear gardens and two car parking bays per

dwelling plus four visitor car parking bays."
