August 9:

Driving over the drink drive limit in Maidenhead Road, Windsor, on July 14. Costs £85. Must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within 18 months. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.
  • Yvette Haggar, 50, of Hillside Close, Chalfont St Peter. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Chalfont St Peter on July 18. Fined £200. Costs £165. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
  • Daniel Grzegorzeswski, 29, of Alham Road, Aylesbury. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Aylesbury on July 25. Fined £600. Costs £325. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

  • Tracey Gray, 39, of Buckingham Street, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court for an offence of possession of a bladed article by failing to attend supervision appointments on July 8 and July 15. Suspended sentence of three months suspended for 12 months imposed.
  • Jakub Sliwinski, 29, of Mitcham Walk, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend planned office visits on May 9 and July 8. Must carry out 20 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £60.
  • Mudasser Arif, 45, of Adelaide Road, High Wycombe. Failing to take measures to prevent the harmful deposition or disposal of waste in Studley Green, High Wycombe, on February 25. Fined £386. Costs £1,337.
  • Claude Baylis-Carty, 30, of William Molder Court, Chesham. Depositing controlled waste on land without an environmental permit. On June 14, 2021, in Kings Lane, Great Missenden, deposited green waste. Fined £320. Costs £1490.97.   • Naveed Saddique, 30, of Priory Road, High Wycombe. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend planned office visits between June 7 and June 21. Fined £80. Costs £60.
  • Eugene Galvin, 48, of Almons Way, Slough. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On December 10, 2021, in Iver, damaged bricks from a pillar of unknown value belonging to another person. Compensation £75.
  • Sam Knight, 24, of Walnut Mews, Aylesbury. Possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed article in public. On December 10, 2021, in Stanley Hill Road, Amersham, had a black lock knife with grenade-shaped handle in their possession. Fined £833. Lock knife to be forfeited and destroyed. Possession of a contolled Class B drug. On December 10, 2021, in Amersham, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Khaqan Barsal, 36, of Micklefield Road, High Wycombe. Driving whilst disqualified in Whitelands Road, High Wycombe, on April 28. Community order made. Must carry out 160 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Whitelands Road, High Wycombe, on April 24. No separate penalty.
  • Robert Angel, 47, of The Bramblings, Amersham. Driving over the drink drive limit in Watchet Lane, Holmer Green, on April 9. Costs £128. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Disqualified from driving for 32 months.
