After coming to a halt, the driver refused to cooperate with a roadside drug wipe after officers discovered drugs in the car.
"Boxing" tactics are used on drivers that refuse to stop for police. When it is carried out, police cars will surround the suspect's vehicle, effectively boxing it in, and then gradually slow down, forcing the suspect to slow down with them.
The driver was arrested during the incident.
