The Buckinghamshire planning authority wants opinions on the look of block of affordable flats in a town centre location.
Wycombe’s Bellfield Road is set for a new six-storey residential building boasting 68 new homes with 69 car parking spaces and micro garden allotments.
The plans include one, two and three bedroom apartments, amenity space, two plant rooms, and cycle and bin storage spaces.
The former Wycombe District Council secured planning permission for the Hughenden Quarter development two years ago, nestled between Auto Partz and Hughenden Village Gardens near Spindle and Thread pub.
