August 15:

  • Shane Halliday, 48, of Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug drive limit. On February 26, in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, had a quantity of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Sian Bentley-Magee, 50, of Perry Lane, Princes Risborough. Driving over the drink drive limit in Thame Road, Longwick, on July 28. Fined £2,336. Costs £1,019. Disqualified from driving for 26 months.
  • James Hope, 35, of Cambridge Street, Aylesbury. Harassment – breach of a restraining order in Aylesbury on August 18. Fined £120. Costs £133.
  • Jin Hui, 41, of Tylsworth Close, Amersham. Assault by beating in Amersham on July 13, 2021. Compensation £150. Costs £145. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Restraining order made.
  • Ashfaq Ghafoor, 41, of Cross Road, High Wycombe. Driving without due care and attention in West Wycombe Road on September 14, 2021. Fined £120. Costs £384. Driving record endorsed with five points.

  • Alan Edwards, 43, of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe.  Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend supervision appointments on May 10 and May 27. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.
  • Ian Grant, 63, of Summerlea, Slough. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Cippenham Lane, Slough, on October 3, 2021. Speed recorded was 38mph. Fined £215. Costs £144. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Ben McCann, 32, of Farleigh Drive, Aylesbury. Failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between November 11, 2021 and December 9, 2021. Fined £660. Costs £156. Disqualified from driving for six months.
