Police have closed down a cannabis farm in Buckinghamshire as one man is arrested.

On Tuesday (September 13), officers were carrying out an inquiry at a property in Bletchley when they found the cannabis production site.

There were over 120 cannabis plants in all rooms of the house and the property was also found to have dangerous wiring as the electricity supply was bypassed.

One man, age 34 of no fixed abode was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis.

He has since been released on police conditional bail whilst the investigation continues.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "Officers from Team5 Milton Keynes ICR were carrying out an inquiry at a property in Bletchley in the early hours of September 13, when they made the find.

"There were over 120 cannabis plants in all rooms of the house and the property was also found to have dangerous wiring as the electricity supply was bypassed.

"One male age 34 of no fixed abode was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis and has since been released on police conditional bail whilst the investigation continues.
