A “yarn bomber” has struck High Wycombe with a creation to commemorate the life of Queen Elizabeth II.
Knitted postbox toppers have been appearing across the UK following the news of the Queen's death on September 8.
One has appeared on Tyzack Road with the tribute to Her Majesty reading “thank you” with black stitching as a sign of mourning.
Yarn bombing is a form of street art using knitting and crochet and is often seen on post boxes on big occasions.
There have been royal-themed yarn bombing before, including for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, which marked her 70-year reign.
Following the Quee's death, knitted tributes to Her Majesty have been created throughout the UK.
