This week we launch our trip down memory lane as we discover how High Wycombe town centre has changed over the years.
Each week, the Bucks Free Press will look at famous street scenes from the south of the county in our new Then and Now feature.
This week we take a look at some well-known High Wycombe sights.
This picture here was taken around 1970 looking north from the junction of the High Street, showing shops on West and East sides of Crendon Street, High Wycombe.
The layout is identical to what it looks like now with the same traffic lights and crossing in position.
A visible change is the road turning into two lanes when driving up the hill compared to in 1970 when there were two lanes in the opposite side of the road.
There's an array of estate agents now and a takeaway.
