Two men have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Great Missenden.
A large police presence has closed the A413 after a crash between two motorcycles and a Volkswagen van this evening (September 24).
It is expected that the road will remain closed for several hours in both directions between Link Road and Aylesbury Road whilst Thames Valley Police (TVP) officers investigate.
Leather Lane at the junction with the A413 is also closed in connection with an ongoing investigation.
At around 6:40pm, a TVP spokesperson said: "We are currently on the scene of a serious road traffic collision between two motorcycles and a Volkswagen van on the A413 at Great Missenden.
"The A413 is closed in both directions between Link Road and Aylesbury Road, and will remain so for several hours.
"Leather Lane at the junction with the A413 is also closed in connection with an ongoing investigation.
"Two men have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
"We are asking for anybody with dash-cam footage of the incident, or who witnessed the collision to please call 101 quoting incident reference 1632 (24/9)."
