Drivers in Marlow have been experiencing tailbacks from roadworks caused by work on the town's new Lidl store.

Work is being completed to "make good the front facade" of the building on Chapel Street which recently had new Lidl signs placed on it.

The works have seen temporary traffic lights come into force on Chapel Street at the junction of Dean Street.

They came into effect on Wednesday, October 5, and are due to finish tomorrow (Friday).

Buckinghamshire Council said: "Buckinghamshire Council are working to maintain the public highway and wish to apologise for any inconvenience during these essential highway maintenance. For more information please call 01296 395000".
