POLICE have pulled over a car driving with no lights on.
The Honda Civic car was stopped in Milton Keynes on Wednesday night just after 10pm.
Police said the car was heavily damaged so prohibited the driver from using it that night.
The driver was also arrested for failing a roadside drugs test for cannabis.
