A DRUG dealer has been jailed for supplying heroin after police busted into his home finding cocaine and cash inside.

Benit Tshikuna, 26, of Rydal Way, Bletchley, was arrested on July 13 after officers carried out a search warrant at a property.

Police found cocaine, heroine and more than £1,000 in cash inside the home.

Tshikuna was arrested nearby and released under investigation.

But then on September 29, another search warrant was carried out at the same address in Milton Keynes.

This time, Tshikuna was inside and threw a phone out of the window.

The phone was found to have a large number of messages arranging and facilitating the sale of drugs.

Tshikuna was sentenced on Tuesday, October 25 to three years and nine months’ imprisonment at Aylesbury Crown Court.

He pleaded guilty to one count each of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug – namely cocaine and being concerned in the supply of a class A drug – namely heroin.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Andy Hall, of the Serious and Organised Crime Unit (SOCU), said: “This was a Milton Keynes Neighbourhood Team investigation, supported by SOCU.

“We remain committed to tackling the supply and distribution of drugs in MK and disrupting county drugs lines remains a priority.

“By working in partnership with other agencies and the public this conviction demonstrates what can be achieved when everyone comes together.

“Tshikuna will now serve time in prison as a result of his actions.
