The researchers have outlined the most affordable postcodes, breaking them down by the median asking price for each.

The data reveals that the HP19 area, which covers Aylesbury, is the cheapest area to live with properties around £309,900 asking price.

Here are the cheapest postcodes in Buckinghamshire, according to Zoopla Research.

On the other side of the scale, we recently shared what the most expensive postcodes in the county were.

Zoopla's data showed that the HP9 postcode, which covers Beaconsfield and Forty Green, has the highest asking price with a price tag of £1,289,200.
