THE M25 motorway has reopened after multiple vehicles crashed near Gerrards Cross.

Highways England reported a three lane closure on the M25 between junction 17 and 16 in Buckinghamshrie.

The crash happened in the queue following a previous accident on the m25.

Multiple cars crashed causing a 25 minute delay as people were travelling during rush-hour.

All lanes finally opened at 7.48am but there are 'residual delays of 20 mins on the approach'.

Drivers have been asked to allow extra time for their journeys.
