Round up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:

October 31

SHOAIB MIRZA, 23, of Hithercroft Road, High Wycombe, admitted possession of a kitchen knife at High Wycombe Police Station on October 17, 2022. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs an £80 victim surcharge.

DANIEL REVEL, 29, of Upper Green Street, High Wycombe, admitted criminal damage totalling £400 belonging to Golden Lane Housing on March 11, 2022. Ordered to pay £300 compensation.

November 1

RICHARD HOLT, 70, of North Park, Chalfont St Peter, convicted of speeding on a restricted road namely Gravel Hill, Chalfont St Peter, on April 17, 2022. Found to be doing 38mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £90 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

MARTIN BRITT, 24, of Long Furlong Drive, Slough, convicted of driving while disqualified in Bangers Road North, Iver Heath, on September 19, 2022, also convicted for driving without insurance on the same date. Convicted of failing to stop a vehicle when required to by police in Iver Heath on September 19. Also admitted dangerous driving in October 19, in Church Lane, Farthing Green Lane, and Grays Park Road, Slough. Sentenced to 12 months in prison. Disqualified from driving for 18 months due to severity of offence and previous convictions.

November 2

HUSN KHAN, 21, of Spearing Road, High Wycombe, admitted of using a vehicle in New Road an Shell Petrol Station Forecourt, Marlow Road, without the correct insurance and driving while disqualified on October 22, 2022. Ordered to pay £85 court costs. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison due to ‘flagrant disregard for court orders’. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
