A man who may have information regarding an incident of GBH in the Midlands has links to Buckinghamshire.
Florin Stanciu, 33, is believed to have connections in Worcester, Worcestershire, and in Aylesbury.

Officers investigating an incident of GBH are keen to speak with him in connection with the matter. It is believed he may have information that can help police with enquiries.

In a tweet that was published on November 30, West Mercia Police said: “It is believed he may have information that can help police with enquiries.”
