A motorist has been reported and their vehicle was seized after they were caught driving whilst disqualified.

In the morning of Thursday, December 1, officers from Thames Valley Police noticed the driver 'sneaking out' of Aylesbury by using village routes ‘to avoid detection’.

However, after the authorities caught up with the individual, the driver revealed that he was using the van to get to work despite being prohibited from being on the road.

Regardless of this, the vehicle was taken off the road and the person in question will face an appearance in court.

Driving whilst disqualified could lead you to a six-month prison sentence or a £5,000.
