FOUR masked men broke into two different homes in Gerrards Cross earlier this week.

The first robbery happened in Hillcrest Waye at around 8.40pm on Thursday, January 19.

Police detectives are appealing for information after the robbers forced their way into the family home and acrried out a search of the property.

Police believe nothing was stolen.

Then that same night at 9pm, a robbery took place on Moreland Drive where a blue Nissan Micra was stolen.

The offenders are described as four men, aged in their 30s and 40s, wearing masks and dark clothing.

Staff investigator Kulbir Punia, based at Amersham police station, said: “Due to the close location of these incidents and the similarities in the description of the offenders, we believe that these incidents are linked.

“We’re appealing to any witnesses, or anyone who may have information about either incident, to please get in touch

“We’d also appeal to anyone who may have dash-cam or doorbell footage of the local area around the times the incidents happened to please check any footage in case it may have captured something that could assist our investigation.
