January 3:

LEE TOTTLE, 45, of Fowler Road in Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine. He has been ordered to pay an £85 fine and complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity.

DANIEL READ, 33, of Pearce Road in Chesham, was found guilty in his absence at court to driving in a public place, namely Lyndhurst Road and Cowper Road, without due care and attention. He was fined £180 and given nine points on his driving licence.

YAHAA AHMED, 22, of Hughenden Road in High Wycombe, was found guilty of assaulting a police officer in July 18 last year. He was sentenced to 30 days of rehabilitation activity.

AMY JOYCE, 37, of Tockley Road in Slough, failed to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time. She was given a suspended sentence of two weeks.

DANIEL HOOKEY, 41, of Milton Road in Slough, was found guilty ‘racially aggravated harassment’ of a police officer on August 6 last year. He was fined £600 plus court costs of £85.

BARRY SPARROW, 48, of Lane End Road in High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a constable in execution of duty. He was fined £144 and court costs of £85.

GAN BUNCE, 44, of Glenister Road in High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to making cheques to himself from a stolen cheque book, stealing a total of £750. He was given a conditional discharge of 12 months.

January 9:

EVAN DAYMOND, 19, of Balfour Way in Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a ‘zombie knife’ in Vale Retail Park on January 7 this year. He was sentenced to eight weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months as well as being fined £239.

MICHAEL COPELIN, 75, of Oving Road in Whitchurch, was found guilty of threatening to kill someone’s parents by digging two graves on their land and placing crosses as headstones. He was fined £775 and given a suspended sentence of 18 months.

LEWIS LOWES, 28, of Paget Close in Marlow, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Hampden Gardens in Aylesbury on December 12 last year. He was found with 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 22 months.

MARGUERITE POPE, 24, of Walton Road in Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to drink-drinking on December 3 last year on Bicester Road. They were found with 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £510 and disqualified from driving for 25 months.

RICHARD PLUMB, 51, of Pondwicks in Amersham, convicted of assaulting a police officer on December 14 last year. He was fined £165.

NOEL STOCKTON, 43, of Rycote Place in Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to owning a ‘throwing star', which is considered an ‘offensive weapon’. He was fined £111 and given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. The weapon has also been forfeited and destroyed.
