HOSPICE care charity boutique opened its doors after ‘extensive’ works.

The Rennie Grove Hospice Care welcomed shoppers back to its charity boutique in Chalfont St Giles.

The High Street shop shut for renovation on January 20.

It reopened to shoppers on February 10 as a new type of boutique after an update of the shop fixtures and fittings using repurposed materials.

The Chalfont St Giles branch is the third of Rennie Grove’s shops to become a boutique, where shoppers can find high end and designer fashion while thinking about the environment and their wallet.

Head of retail Valerie Moore said: “We’re delighted to be bringing this concept to Chalfont St Giles. We know that the current economic climate coupled with concerns about the environment mean that shopping for second hand items is more popular than ever.

"By reopening this branch as a boutique we are offering local people even more choice, with high end and designer items available at the boutique, as well as the everyday great value preloved clothing you would expect.

"With two other local shops in Little Chalfont and Chalfont St Peter, whether you’re looking for everyday clothing, homeware, toys and books or exquisite outfits for special occasions, there’s a local Rennie Grove shop offering just the thing you need.”
