Wycombe Wanderers goalkeeper Max Stryjek will support a dog rescue centre in Stokenchurch.
Stokenchurch Dog Rescue are holding two days of fundraising with a tabletop jumble sale and sponsored walks.
Taking place on Saturday, March 25 a large open-air sale is being held from 10am to noon in the Oxford Road kennels' grounds.

A day later on March 26, the walks, with a choice of five or ten kilometres, start at 11am from the kennels and end there. Walkers can bring their own dogs if they wish.
The latter will see the Wanderers shot-stopper take part.

The charity celebrates its 60th anniversary this year having been founded by a group of dog lovers in High Wycombe.
Thousands of pooches have been taken in and rehomed, whilst former Dr Who actor Colin Baker is a patron.
