A DRIVER has been caught speeding more than 90mph on the M40 motorway whilst undertaking traffic.
Police stopped the driver in Beaconsfield yesterday (March 17) after they were seen driving "recklessly" during heavy rain.
The speed in excess of 90mph made the situation even more dangerous for drivers travelling on the M40.
South Buckinghamshire Thames Valley Police officers shared an update on their social media page about the incident.
They said: "The driver of this vehicle was travelling in excess of 90mph in heavy rain and spray, undertaking traffic on the M40, Beaconsfield.
The driving was reckless and antisocial.
"The driver had been issued a Section 59 warning last April, the car was seized and the driver reported."
