A FLYTIPPER has been caught on camera dumping waste down a busy road in Buckinghamshire.

The man was caught on camera by Buckinghamshire Council’s fly-tipping enforcement team.
A CCTV image shows the man in Langley Park Road near Wexham/Iver in Bucks dumping cardboard onto the grass verge.

The resident was less than half a mile from the free household recycling centre where he could have dumped the cardboard legally.
The fly-tipper admitted to the offence and has a £300 fine to discharge his fixed penalty notice.
Buckinghamshire Council have a zero-tolerance policy to fly-tipping.
