An Irishmen based in Aylesbury is due to appear in court this week for allegedly smuggling migrants to the UK via boats.
Desmond Rice, 46, Meadowcroft will appear in court charged with conspiracy to facilitate the illegal entry to the UK of migrants.

He, along with Albanians Arsen Feci, 44, Klodian Shenaj, 48, and Banet Tershana, 51, were arrested on February 28 this year as part of a National Crime Agency investigation.

This is in relation to a group suspected of organising a series of people-smuggling runs to the UK from Europe, including several crossing events last year.
They are all currently in custody are due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday, April 4.
