A WOMAN has had her dog stolen in broad daylight by three men who broke her ankle and filmed the attack on a mobile phone.
The incident happened as she walked Angel, her daughter's long haired Yorkshire terrier, along the link road between Rutland Avenue and Chiltern Avenue in Castlefield.
After stealing the dog the men ran off in the direction of Chiltern Avenue and Whitelands Road.
Two of the men are Asian or of mixed race and the other is white. The trio wore dark clothing and were in their late teens.
PC Matt Myers said: "This was a disgusting attack and I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and saw or heard something suspicious, or anyone who may have received the footage from the mobile phone.
"I would also urge anyone who knows of the dog's whereabouts to come forward."
The dog was stolen at 6pm on June 4, but police have only just released the details to the press.
Anyone with information should call PC Myers at high Wycombe police station on 0845 8 505 505, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
