A DRIVER has been fined after ‘narrowly missing’ an elderly man crossing the road.
Martin Dimitrov, of Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe, was caught on October 3 last year going to the right of two ‘keep left’ bollards and overtaking stationary traffic on his motorbike.
The 30-year-old also ‘narrowly missed’ an elderly man crossing the road who was ‘not expecting a motorbike on the wrong side of the road’.

Dimitrov pleaded guilty to the offence, which occurred near London, and was fined £230 and had six points added to his licence.
He also has to pay a £92 victim surcharge and £100 in court costs.
