Fell due to health issues caused by bird mess, Beaufort Close Marlow  - 23/06156/TPO

Mrs Mika Kioussis has applied for an oak tree to be felled in front of her home due to bird mess causing "serious health and safety issues."

She said her family has been repeatedly ill from contracting Cryptosporidium from the pigeon faeces on their car, bins and walkways.

The mother said her nine-year-old is terrified due to the faeces making him seriously ill.

She wrote in her application: "Enough is enough and we are asking for your support in removing this TPO tree completely from our property to save our family and especially our autistic son from constantly fighting a losing battle.

"We simply cannot win against the pigeon poo emanating from this large tree that is just outside our front door. The original TPO was requested out of spite, yet the original TPO applicant is deceased.

"Pigeons are vermin, yet we are being forced by the Council's decision to uphold a TPO on this tree to suffer disease at the hands of rampant vermin.

"It is simply not fair or conscionable that the Council would continue to priorities a statute placed on a tree over the health, livelihood and mental stability of our family - especially our young son - and our neighbours' children."

Proposed extension of time limit to facilitate social activities complementary to the cricket pavilion and the local area as a whole,  Frieth Cricket Club Parmoor Lane Frieth Buckinghamshire - 23/06062/VCDN

A cricket club hopes it can extend its services out to the local community by hosting birthday parties, wakes and other events.

Applicant Connell Family Farming Partnership seeks either to vary or remove Condition 9 of application 11/05722/REN which granted permission for the erection of a new cricket pavilion/community hall in Parmoor Lane.

Condition 9 only allows the sports pavilion to be used 'in conjunction with the use of the adjacent sports field and for other social activities associated with that use and for no other purposes.'.
