A man has been caught on CCTV after he appeared to dump a cup containing his urine.

The incident was caught on CCTV in an Aylesbury car park on May 2.

The driver could be seen on the video to get out of his car and lean against it. He appeared to relieve himself into the cup while schoolchildren were seen walking behind him.

He then sat back on the driver’s seat before dropping the cup and its contents on the ground and driving off.

Buckinghamshire Council’s fly-tipping team said on social media: “He has now paid a £150 fixed penalty for leaving the litter.

“His other actions remain under consideration for their apparently anti-social nature.”
