A man has been slapped with a fine after he dropped wet wipes on the side of a road.
The South Buckinghamshire man was caught fly-tipping in Beaconsfield on May 2.
Traffic camera footage showed him dropping and leaving three wet wipes as litter on a lay-by near bins.
Buckinghamshire Council’s fly-tipping team said on social media: “He’d parked between two empty litter bins but didn’t use them.”

The man, who drove a white van, paid a £150 fixed penalty and avoided court prosecution.
Wet wipes that are not biodegradable could take 100 years to break down in the nature while biodegradable wipes can break down in a matter of weeks.
