PL/23/2479/FA | Change of use to the mixed use of land for the keeping of horses and the stationing of caravans for residential purposes with the erection of 2 dayrooms and laying of hardstanding.

Keith O'Donoghue wants to keep horses and put caravans on the site off Hog Lane, Ashley Green, Chesham for residential purposes.

The plan has been met with objections by members of the community who want the council to reject it.

Michael Rigby said: "We strongly object to the green belt off Hog Lane being built on. Not only would it [effect] the wildlife of the area but would [effect] walkers and horse riders that use the bridal path.

"Hog Lane is a small lane that already suffers from too much traffic,to increase this traffic would cause considerable stress and problems for the occupants of Hog Lane. We would ask that this planning application is rejected."

Natalie Parkins also fears travellers would create noise disturbance which would be "unfair and irresponsible to the to the existing residents

"If the waste is not managed adequately, there will be an increase the risk of vermin which leads to poor health and quality of life for the existing residents, their property and livestock."

23/06027/FUL | Construction of single storey front extension to existing warehouse to create 2 x additional warehouse units with mezzanine following demolition of existing ground floor extensions.
