POLICE have provided an update into a high-speed police chase which 'shocked the town of Beaconsfield' earlier this week.
The car which crashed into a Biffa lorry has been reported as stolen from Amersham, police have confirmed.

A spokesman said: "At around 2pm on Tuesday (19/9) Officers identified a vehicle in Beaconsfield that had been reported stolen from Amersham on Monday (18/9).
“After officers followed the vehicle for a short time, it collided with a truck on London End.”
An 18-year-old has been charged following a police car and helicopter chase in a Bucks town which ended in a major crash.
An 18-year-old, a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old were arrested on London End in Beaconsfield on Tuesday, September 19 following a crash between two vehicles, police have confirmed.
The collision, according to one shop worker who saw the events unfold, was preceded by a “car chase” with five or six police vehicles in pursuit of a white 4x4 which was later towed from the scene.
