The first count relates to a horse called Moet. Wallace, 50, is accused of failing to provide adequate nutrition, sufficient out-of-stable exercise, veterinary care, parasitic control, and accommodating animals in unsuitable unclean environment and in a wet, boggy environment.

At the same location, Wallace is accused of failing to provide adequate nutrition for the animals needs, failing to allow the animal sufficient out-of-stable exercise, failing to provide veterinary care as required and failing to provide any or adequate parasitic control plus other failures for a horse called Mimi.

The same charges relate to four more horses called Belissa, Fredo, Irres and Euphoria.

Wallace is also accused of causing unnecessary suffering to two protected animals, a chestnut mare called Belissa and a Bay gelding called Freddo, by a failure to prevent the animal from developing rug rub wound and by subsequently failing to alleviate the pain caused by that condition.
