Three masked men attempted to break into a property in a Buckinghamshire town last night, police have confirmed.
A resident who lives on Southfield Drive in Hazlemere, High Wycombe, called the police at around 7:45pm last night (October 4) after they spotted three masked men approaching the door of their property.
The offenders, who were reportedly of medium build and wearing light-coloured masks and black clothing then ran away in the direction of Brackley Road.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said officers searched the area near the address but found “no trace” of the offenders.
They added: “Nothing was stolen, and the victim was given burglary prevention advice.
