Sgt Roy Evans from the Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to appeal to any witnesses who may have been in the area at that time or any motorists with Dash Cameras who may have been driving past.
He said: “This appears to be a targeted attack towards the victim’s vehicle.
“The damage has resulted in significant financial loss and caused the victim considerable distress”.
He added: “Early evidence suggests that the offender left the scene and went from Plantation Road onto Mitchell Walk so I would like to hear from any witnesses that may have been in the area at the time.
“If you don’t want to speak with me directly, call Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.”
