JACEK ANDRULEWICZ, 48, of Wooburn Green, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis on June 11 this year in Aylesbury as well as driving without third party insurance and without a licence. He was fined £276 and disqualified from driving for 14 months. There were also court costs of £221 and a victim surcharge of £85.

GARTH PEARSON, 39, of Oxford Road, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. The first took place on June 10 this year when Pearson stole four bottles of vodka to the value of £90 from Sainsburys, Gatehouse Road. The following day he stole six bottles of vodka to the value of £135 from the same store. He was given a community order to complete nine months of alcohol treatment and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £90 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

MAREK MALIKOWSKI, 41, of Elmtree Hill, Chesham, pleaded guilty to assaulting another person on June 22 this year and one count of assaulting a police officer on the same day. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were also court costs of £85.

JEREMY BOGGELN, 37, of Victoria Street, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on January 9 this year in High Wycombe as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was given a community order to complete 19 days of a drug rehabilitation programme and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also fined £120 and disqualified from driving for six months.
