FINAL artisan market of the year will be held soon in Buckinghamshire.

Foodies have one more chance to snap up treats at the Princes Risborough Farmers Market before a winter break.

The last market of the year will be held on Saturday, October 28 at King George V Park on Wellington Avenue.

Visitors can expect popular vendors with produce made in the Chilterns and, where possible, within a 40-mile radius of Princes Risborough.

The goodies for sale include olives, pies, locally sourced meats alongside savoury and sweet treats and hot takeaway foods and drinks.

To the delight of the youngest visitors, free Halloween-themed face painting is available for accompanied children between 12pm and 2pm by Sunday’s Faces.

Families can also collect a trail map and an extra treat box for the Halloween Trail from the 1pm at the market before heading to the High Street for the window art trail. Treat boxes are subject to availability.

Risborough Ukulele Group and Hemley Hillbillies will entertain with live music from 10.30am.

The market runs from 9am until 2pm.
