Police descended on an incident in a Buckinghamshire village where a man was seen sitting along the road.
Between 8.30 and 8.50am on November 2, the authorities were made aware of a situation on Meadow Walk in Penn.
Some commuters, who were stuck in heavy queues due to a set of four-way traffic lights based in the area, stated that the man looked ‘dazed’.
Two members of the public, along with a police officer, stayed with the gentleman who was seen wearing a long raincoat.
Thames Valley Police have since confirmed that the man in question suffered minor injuries in a roadside crash.
