A couple off Married at First Sight UK visited Buckinghamshire in the newest episode of the hit dating show.

The popular reality TV show offers daring singles a chance to marry each other after meeting just minutes earlier.

One of the contestants in the currently airing series eight is 26-year-old Paul Liba from Chesham, who was paired up with Tasha Jay, 25, by a panel of dating experts.

In episode 29, the cameras follow the couples as they visit their families to see how they cope with each other in the real world.

Paul and Tasha travelled to Chesham to visit Paul’s family after a homestay in Leeds at Tasha’s place.

The newlyweds were greeted by Paul’s mum and pet dog as they arrived to his home before Paul confessed to the camera he was “nervous” about the visit because it was the “first time I’ve brought a girl back to my space to meet my parents.”

Tasha said knowing she is the first girl to meet his parents was “a lot of pressure.”

When the family are all sat down in the living room, Paul said “it was weird sitting here with a girl, I’ve never done that before.”

“You look very uncomfortable, I don’t know what to do,” Tasha responded.

“I left this place as a boy and I’ve come back as a married man, it’s amazing,” Paul told the cameras in a confessional.

The mood changes after Paul told his parents the couple are thinking of moving to Manchester in the future, with his mum saying it is “too far.”

Paul and Tasha have been the fan favourite since the new series started in September.

Married at First Sight airs on E4 Monday to Thursday at 9pm and on demand on Channel 4.
