A man charged with historical child sex crimes has had his court hearing adjourned due to ‘insufficient’ court time.
James Robert Tossell, 56, of Ivinghoe Aston, Buckinghamshire, was charged with multiple sexual offences on September 3.
He was charged with eight counts of sexual assault of a girl, two counts of sexual assault of a child by penetration, three counts of sexual activity with a child and three counts of making indecent images of children.

The charges relate to non-recent offences in Buckinghamshire.
He was due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday, November 6 at 10am, but the hearing was adjourned.
This was because of “insufficient court time,” HM Courts and Tribunals Service said.
His hearing has been relisted for Tuesday, November 14 at Aylesbury Crown Court.
