A Post Office has announced the date for its move to new location.
Chesham’s Great Hivings Post Office is moving in January.
Currently located at 11 Greenway Parade, the postmaster wants to relocate it next door into his existing convenience store.
Great Hivings Post Office will shut on Monday, January 8 at 5.30pm to facilitate the move.

It will reopen next door at 7 Greenway Parade on Wednesday, January 17 at 1pm.
“The postmaster firmly believes that the move would help secure continued access to Post Office services locally, and support the viability of their business,” Post Office spokesperson said.
During the temporary closure, Post Office services are available at Chesham Post Office on High Street and at Amersham Post Office on Sycamore Place.
